Both Bavarian Plants of German Nitrion GmbH have once again renewed their TUEV Certificates ISO 9001.
Nitrion GmbH inaugurated Plant 3 in Bavaria Staff
members of the Nitrion GmbH and representatives of the companies who
have taken part in the construction work and last but not least the
Otterfing Mayor Jakob Eglseder celebrated the official
start-up of the additional factory. Here
we have sufficient space for our nitriding service with five plasma
nitriding systems and three of the planned six gas nitriding systems. Also,
here the design and manufacturing department for Plasma Nitriding Systems offered by Nitrion has got the required floor space.

2006
Another pulsed plasma nitriding unit of Nitrion design is being
installed at the German Headquarter in Otterfing, Bavaria,
Germany.
We offer an additional new service in our Bavarian plant:
A
third gas nitriding unit is being installed at the German Headquarter in Otterfing, Bavaria,
Germany. Nitrion do Brasil Ltda. gets the fourth plasma nitriding
unit.
2004
One more gas nitriding unit is being installed at the German Headquarter in Otterfing, Bavaria, Germany and
Nitrion do Brasil Ltda. gets the third plasma nitriding unit. Our Plant
in Brazil can now serve customers with up to 4000 mm long work-pieces
like extruder screws

To
supplement our nitriding service we now offer gas nitriding in addition
to plasma nitriding. This option is aimed mainly at customers in the
hydraulic sector
