Cleaning and Degreasing

An additional Industrial Component Cleaning Machine has been put into operation. The process runs totally under vacuum. The cleaning agent used is a non-chlorinated solvent based on modified alcohols and is suitable for difficult high performance cleaning applications such as drawing + forming parts, sintered metals and lapped parts.

Good nitriding results are based on perfectly cleaned work pieces and that is what the machine is basically for.
However, interested parties may request the cleaning/degreasing as a service for subsequent external processes such as galvanising or powder coating.
